Sweet Hijabe is responsible in protecting your Personal Data and compliance with Applicable Laws very seriously. Your personal data is getting when you register an account in our website.
None of your personal data will be exposed to other customers or any people who visited our website. If you found any breach of your personal information from our website, you can contact our Customer Service to report it. We are concern in keep your information secretly and if we lack of that, you can ask us to delete your information in our collection and you have rights to sue us.
Shipping Policy
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery will be made after 3 days of payment. On normal days it may take 3 to 5 working days. During sale day, it may be delayed for 6 to 10 working days.
Kindly note that the delivery period is only our estimation and we do not guarantee the actual date because sometimes it is disrupted due to delivery issues from the Courier Company itself or anything.
We are using J&T Express.
The tracking number will be sent after the parcel already been shipped out from our warehouse. Please visit the courier's official website to track your parcel status.
ORDERS TIME
Our usual post a parcel is at 11 AM, Monday to Thursday (except on Public Holiday). We do not process orders on weekends and holidays.
Except for sale time, we will operate on Sunday.
SHIPPING FEES
We are offering to our customers in Peninsular Malaysia free shipping. For customers in Sabah & Sarawak, we decided the shipping fees are RM5 to RM10.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We only accept payment on our website via FPX (online banking).
If you want to return the product because not satisfied with its condition, the product must not open or we will not accept that. Any shipping cost from you to us will not be covered by us.
We do not give a cash refund of any claim for an exchange item. Any refund will be replaced by store credit on our website.
Exchange items must be the same price as the product want to exchange. Any exchange with a new product will not be allowed.
